The curse are honestly really easy

You will hit a wall at Curse 5 a bit but still manageable

Always get the grey out curses, purple are more optional challenges

Having more void lords is great for easy game since you can get a lot more major soul stones

Some colony sims are super complicated in building stuff which can be annoying

Dwarves aren't- super picky creatures so you can just play dwarf fortress and be fine

Like you wont die because you didnt order a dwarf to mine correctly
YOull get the order down and he'll execute it exactly as planned

Alot of forts dont have water drainage so they can struggle with aquifers

I also need to figure out how to make booze, but I suspect I just need more plants that can be turned into alcohol

Mine is a light aquifer (i have not run into it yet) so it should be very easy to deal with

Smoothing walls blocks water flow and just need to set up one spot for a well and we good

Even a small bit of water can really sour dwarf morale (They dont like being wet)
If you do know how to deal with them it shouldnt be an issue tho

The fun part is dealing with it as you go deeper away from your infrastructure

A little soggy dwarf at such an early stage shouldn’t matter. I have other ways to improve moods if I need to

I’m so early that if some everything went to shit I would just start again with more knowledge

But yeah next goals are a better water source, farming, and booze

After that probably metal working. I’m just taking it slow for the moment though and that’s been a good strategy so far

Taunts a bit funky as I rely on baiting enemies into attacks which is very hard when enemies dont pay attention to you

Theres alot of straight forwards attacks you cant just dodge back to avoid

Some of them track you forcing you to exit range or dodge the attack

1. Death Knight cathedral is actually quite rough, the small arena makes bosses linger around he ritual spot so its harder to actually get your summons off

The really slow speed is a bit jarring but you can get them moving very soon and really use the damage boost to its fullest

Apparently I am infact not crazy Pyromancer is just super cracked

Any character can easily get through cathedral

Lean more into using your special if it helps since those will stay consistent every round

Moreso wanting a look at how people play it in general (A guide suggest Paladin tanking? Other suggested going all in on dps with Pyro) but I saw alot of stuff for pyro

Personally wanna try it with Death Knight (The universal Taunt is super nice in a mode with mostly bosses) or Houndmaster (The one whos chunked any bosses in runs I do with him)

I’ve completed it with Houndmaster, Necromancer, Assassin, and Deathknight, got through pretty easily with them all b it Houndmaster made it a cakewalk since the dogs do so much damage
