They are really only good if you plan on going big with landfall decks(hint, landfall doesn’t go big it goes wide)

Also most of those effects are only until end of turn

#

It’s actually better to use them in more spellslinger build with green since you can cast 1 cost green spells that buff your creature to say a 12/12 and than play your land for the turn, easy 24/24 commander

I have a similar deck in Selesyna but not using landfall doublers since I will draw my whole deck and cast every spell in my deck to get as big as possible

I think they had something nice going with xenovader and xenogard, imo I think they kinda fumbled with the xenolord design.
xenogard just has so much more aura

I think namely the fact that xenolord's body shape isnt a similar aesthetic, and its forearms arent that bulky design that both xenovader/xenogard has, which I think is just odd.
