On save files where you skipped past progression and gave yourself 100% the easy way, swapping decks resets you back to what used to be your next stake
I was running gold stake runs on plasma deck and then decided to play green deck, and the game automatically set the difficulty to red stake and I didn't think of changing it because I wasn't paying attention
