I like having Miirym as commander to get the ball rolling easier but you can have Ur Dragon there aswell

Use Astral to dupe a PL, then since the PLs are also dragons, summon Miirym to dupe them, but because PL procs anytime a token is made you create way too many at 1 time
This also applies to your other dragons, and gets exponentially better (for you!) as you dupe PLs using ETB effects

Then, summon a Win Con dragon (almost all of them) of your choosing
