Like one of my favorite factions, Tzeentch can just start faction wars and transfer settlements for gigs
Another one I like, Skaven can just boost a ruin to a T5 settlement out of nowhere when they capture it, but it requires a resource that gives you penalties if it gets low
Skaven can also establish under empires for even more map dominance

it harder to pivot because i have to respec. I just prefer making a new character. Plus, higher level characters have a harder time leveling up, but newer characters don't, so i get the feeling of growing in power faster
