Adding or taking away IPS (impact puncture and slash) does fuck all 90% of the time

Hell getting something like -slash or -impact are desirable on rivens

-puncture used to be too but now puncture is pretty good

all those Latron Rivens with -puncture basically losing 90% of their value overnight with the release of Latron incarnon

which was PERFECT because range doesn’t effect the contagion projectile

and well, still is, but they killed exodia contagion

they kicked it down and then proceeded to stomp it even more while laughing in its face
