i spent the first minute of the fight whacking the spear with my sword because it worked last time on the normal one

now i dont even know what works on them, i failed the first time because i got slammed with the fucking rot but i killed the spear with carian slicer, tried it again and it didn't have the same effect

would be better if you had a blunt weapon, but transient moonlight deals a good bit of poise damage if you hit it

the other crystallians hang back and fight you in a semi 1 by 1, they only attack sporadically or if you get too close

that fight used to be a pain in the ass before they changed their ai

Just running around on apocalypse right now testing out my Bulwark Invoker build

Working out lot better than I thought

High armor and health regen and the more armor and DR I have the more damage I do

i have crossed the lake of rot and wow so kind of the game to give me ONE of these NOW

it dispells rot from my body but i already crossed the entire lake of fucking rot and shit

Bulwarks give high damage reduction and for every stack of that I have my damage, health regen, and stamina regen all increase, since I’ve max that out I can tank and still do good damage

And since Invoker is the newest class decided to make it around them and now I can endlessly spam my skills, so I combined it with engineer so I have a turret cause screw it already have high skill damage and turret got buffed

That’s the gear loadout, I can run any class with it

Invoker/Engineer is the class combo I decided on but Challenger/Engineer may be a better pick

Since they made Challenger a real class now and not a afterthought do want to build around them

Melee focus the class had was dumb considering how bad melee was to build around in the first game, same issues in the second game

Don't bother upgrading the spear
Walk up to elden beast and slightly to the left and hold the weapon art button

the Godfrey fight was great as well, the chain of bosses from Maliketh to Radagon felt pretty good until Elden Beast was at the very end
