In my whole time of playing World I hadn't made a single friend. Playing multiplayer felt like bots, drop in, get what you want and be done with it. Once people got good at the game, they realized it's easier to kill monsters by themselves because randoms scale the monsters up and don't contribute as much

In the previous games, you ALWAYS wanted to hunt with people. You could play through the whole multiplayer section by yourself but you were actively incentivized to team up with people who had the same objective

That made it so you could spend an entire day hunting with the same people, helping them out with their materials and getting help yourself

That's non-existent in the new games

You play multiplayer if you want, but there's no incentive to so people don't do it unless it's their friends

Apologies, was resting, but my want for a remake stems in the variety of flaws Persons 4 G has, and how they could be improved, while giving it a visual upgrade. Some upgrades could be making more scripted Palaces like in Persona 5, cause they were already playing with idea, changing the exp system so there's less of a reliance on treasure shadows for exp and gold, and reducing the number of quests to reduce bloat. It's still an incredible game, and I love it, but if they can maintain the original vibe and charm, while also increasing quality? I wouldn't mind at all. Perhaps they could also integrate Marie a little better as well 💀
