I really like the character variety in Rain World, my friend and I switch regularly depending on the area we’re in

And not once have either of us picked Monk or Survivor because they’re extremely underpowered compared to the DLC slugcats

The only two complaints I have about Rain World are

• the default settings are an unfun level of difficulty
• the game is very bad at communicating how the game works, which while I recognize that’s intentional that’s also frustrating rather than fun imo

But the movement, the combat, the visual presentation, all top notch

Funny enough I got it from the first vulture I ever saw I had just got out of my first industrial sleep zone and the thing attacked me at the tower I got in a pipe fast enough to avoid it and the thing stuck it’s head right in so I smacked it in the face with a spear, sucker hunted me the whole time I was their for I would say about six or four cycles.

You can use the mask to just blaze through areas with no problem.
