i just find that in terms of actual usability and not talking about the damage modifications and procs and shit, cleaving whirlwind is nicer for shit like blood rush melee focus builds, and tempo royale is better for whipping out in the moment
i use cleaving whirlwind for eso on my gram and my vitrica
rending crane i haven't messed with but i think it doesn't compare too well to the other two
