And today I learnt lightsabers don’t block normal bullets and only reflect plasma rounds

They melt normal bullets but even than the small parts of it they don’t melt still get though

So you’ll get little burn marks instead of a full on bullet

At that point I rather just use the force to help dodge or avoid the bullet

Go for the lightsaber as a last resort

The thing that I find interesting is how bullets aren’t used against Jedi, and not because of the whole “slag from lightsaber melting metal” but instead that bullets are considerably faster than blasters

I’d assume it’s because blasters are more consistent ammo since you just have to let them cool down and your good to keep shooting

Just that most Jedi didn’t know how to use the force technique to do so
