the hack and slash is not skilled. its stiff and non dynamic, none of the normal enemies are threatning. the main game bosses are very easy and dont have cool attacks they just have a huge healthbar
youre not going to get satisfying rewards for exploring. there are no movement abilities, the only two good mechanical upgrades are not by exploring, and 90% of exploration rewards are a lore text describing a non character or a semi useless trinket that barely changes your stats
