Soaked enemies take 50% more damage from cryo and lighting my two main secondary elements

Than when I apply status effects I get a 86% bonus damage

none of this is even taking into account that all of my gear gives me a 50% damage buff whole action skill is active and my cooldown is so fast they are always activate
