Use hot shot on your primary weapon
Kill the bombers before they reach you and learn to dodge the sword attacks
If you can perfect dodge the sword he suddenly becomes the easiest boss possible
If you use hot shot in the coach gun or shotgun you can beam at least half or more his health off the rip
