Honestly my least favorite part about Isaac, is that it actively screws you in the dumbest ways, and punishing things that should be rewards.

Like, Greed is the worst example of this. Keys are a vital resource in Isaac, being fairly limited and used in so many different things. So spending one is definitely a big choice to make in most cases. Shops require a key to get into...Also, You need at least 15 coins or more to make entering an item shop worth it. So, you save up your coins, and you have a spare key?

Your reward: A randomly bloody chance you fight some pathetic Miniboss who rarely gives an actually useful reward. A miniboss that can spawn in the last possible shop in the run, so your coins are literally worthless
