If you want aoe, minelayer is pretty much undisputed on the hurricane. People sleep on it, but its literally free 1.5x radius and 2.75x area damage

Double health stat is just a recipe for disaster so I would say reroll one of the stats

And if you can move critical damage up to second stat

Should never have health as your first stat always second or third cause that takes away from all your other stats

For me personally I would only get health gems if my crit hit is 75% or higher since at that point you don’t need too much crit hit

With all my characters having 110% crit hit I need to reroll some of that off to health
