and anyways, all I need to do is just smack any enemy once before they just get outright one shotted or killed by 500,000 to 1.5mil bleed ticks

well actually I would put in more attack speed so I can use the tactical combo for tempo royal more easily
I like using to 600% value, but jeez. it really do wind up a while with a 0.8 attack speed
