id recommend you get a bow and some frostburn arrows, which is just fire arrows combined with ice blocks

I think it'd be easier to land hits than with the starfury

also arena is always a good choice. just have a row of platforms to run across that you can drop down from or jump up to, so you can dodge a bit better
