I just used a calculator, but if you slap on 5 tauforged blueshards on a frame you can get up to 37.5 hp regen (25 hp regen if basic ones)
now imagine that on like. Chroma/Nidus
I can fit so many more mods on my weapons and warframe just by adding only a few blueshards
and with more space to spare for yellow or red shards
I will never need gloom or lifesteal again
