Never used a Sunflora but always liked the moveset

Learn that status effects and weather effects are super important in this game, and so are healing and recover items to counter them

Since sunflora benefits a crap ton from sunny day I decide to use them and just wreck house once they learn it

Despite sunflora overpowered moveset it has one of the slowest speeds

But I caught it in the wild with this moveset so that’s cool

Restarted my game cause I realized a lot of poison types in this game have high speed so they can shut down sunflora’s slow speed

Downside, it was my save right before nugget bridge so got to redo it

My turret skill tree, the build is focused a lot more on my armor but you probably don’t have it, most of it is the Techmonger legendary armor set

And Plague Sower

Have a lot of skills that turns my blight turret into a death laser beam with homing missiles coming out of it

Than my cryo turret now has 2 charges with 2 barrels and increase damage based on status effects

And thank with the pax tree my turrets heal me to full health every 5 seconds and refill all my ammo

And 20% damage buff with that also

60% because it stacks

Just ran one of the hardest bosses with the build, healed so fast that I was full health almost 24/7

Also got a little too many legends off this guy

And it’s not fun getting carried by someone who easily outpowers you

So I changed to anomaly and never turned back since we were one shotting everything now with our 0 cooldowns

Still have all the gear form my gun pyro which has gotten a massive buff recently but still isn’t worth using since guns still do low damage

Guns haven’t had good damage since launch which is why elemental bullets were the meta since they made guns good by giving them anomaly damage add-on

Boy am I late to the PoE talk...but as someone who used to play it a lot, I believe the reason for GGG to make the entire game slower and lamer is likely due to the old, original way the game used to play.

It was indeed slower and harder, which fit the idea of an exile struggling to survive in a harsh environment. Back then, even your basic Skills needed to be found as loot drops...no buying from vendors.

But the game kept steadily powercreeping, and players ended up liking the new flashy fast pace. It felt powerful, and that was fun. They really don't wanna go back.

I believe that GGG's vision for the game was for it to essentially be the Dark Souls of ARPGs (I know that saying has been done to death, but it definitely applies here), and they are trying to push for it again, in the wake of the upcoming PoE2, which was also shown to be slower and more normal.

But PoE's fanbase (which are now almost exclusively drawn to the sheer speed and power the game gives you) absolutely hate this reversion. It'd basically kill the game's current identity as the fastest Diablo clone out there.
