does void fields pick items (Excluding the tiers ofc) completely randomly? because it feels like most of the time it gives monsters op combos
like i just had an elder lemurains with mocha + goat hoof teleport behind me and instantly one shot me 💀

i dont usually play viend, is wungus actually like, detrimental, i know what healing does to the corruption but like is it actually worth leaving on the ground
yeah, don't touch it. it really messes with your ability to gain corruption
you already have a really good healing ability in your uncorrupt form so it's not worth the trouble
figured just making sure that wasnt outdated info lol
personally i dont even take healing in general
not really needed with their ability
is nice for corrupt form though, the corruption gained from crit is more than enough to offset the heal

They completely redid the physics you can't do stompers skip anymore without significantly more mobility or using a mod that gives you old physics

yea its fine
its good for rapid fire on smaller enemies, solid attack speed scaling, and avoiding overkill
but the default one has really nice damage, the band synergy is pog, and the reload boost goes on the special too
Also something I'm curious about for yall's opinons is when do you loop? and when you do, how many times do you loop
i dont usually do more than one personally because i feel the scaling devolves before then, so it gets samey

after youve done a lot of really god-run-ey runs, they kinda homogenize so around that point is when i feel ready to end it
maybe once I get bored doing normal runs, I should set a stage limit and only end it after that many stages
basically you kinda go until you're satisfied! especially the first handful of times turbo nutty runs are pretty satisfying
like i feel the first few times you use command to get unreal runs and crazy setups is pretty fun, but then you're kinda like mmm ok ive done that now lol

they also give a chunk of barrier
they spawn in the fight to cleanse ruin and for the disable

well i'd assume bosses could show up on kin, however it would require a large amount of credits
generally you'll see horde of many, especially early

The thing with Viend is that they would likely either just change how corruption works, and adjust stats as one alt, OR redo both uncorrupt and corrupt skills entirely as a whole set of alts. It’s weird but because of him having two forms, it kinda just doubles the work

the problem with learning how to mod is really just starting i will say, as everything is different for different games unless you go really general, and at that point just get an education

but once you get it down, it's all creativity and how well you can remember different lines

default scope has higher overall dps if you consistently hit headshots and perfect reloads

super often i find myself with hundreds to thousands after a teleporter event
yeah, it's not a bad idea to save chests near the teleporter for last
protip: enemy gold drops scale in real time but chest prices only update at the start of a stage, so looting actually gets more efficient if you're on a stage longer
but if you rush stages, chest prices keep catching up and you'll constantly be stuck in that phase where you can't afford anything
scaling also increases by 15% per stage so rushing is just a bad idea all around

Supercharge is way better for damage, it's around 13500% if you get a weakpoint shot with a perfect reload stored, and it has a 3.0 proc coeff
but cryo doesn't disable your skills so you can use it more liberally, the freeze is pretty powerful and it's got a 1.5 coeff which is still really nice
overall they're pretty equal, it's up to preference

Due to expose reducing cooldowns, you can use your abilities in certain orders with a bit of spacing to proc expose with each ability, effectively having no downtime and never having to touch the ground
if you're ever underpowered it helps with TP, as you can ignore the ground enemies
that and like all of your abilities have AoE, to an extent, so try to group up enemies
that, and using whirlwind m2 into a slope can get you good height (trimping)
it's any slope really, not specific spots

All of your options are set in a file that is not saved to the cloud, meaning it would be an error with that. Probably first step would be to validate your game files.

i was fighting the dunestrider boss, it healed, i kept attacking it and then the pot broke- but it still has a bunch of hp. no more enemies are spawning, ive been running around trying to find the boss is but theres not a dunestrider in sight

a lot of items talk about base damage, but is there a way to figure out what my base damage is?
Its in the survivor logbooks but really its not that important to know the exact numbers
for most survivors it's 12 and increases by 2.4 per player level
the highest is Acrid with 15 (+3/lv), unless you count Heretic with 18 (+3.6)
But yeah the actual amount isn't something you really need to care about all that much
if something says it's base damage it just means it's a fixed amount that scales with player level, as opposed to total damage, which only proc items use and is a % of the initial hit
Your survivor's skills have a specific multiplier, using M1 or an equivalent(e.g. loader alt M2) on a mid health enemy then removing the multiplier is usually good enough for you to infer your base damage at that level

iirc its shoot, pull up beacons, shoot again (same input for left beacon), and sprint to close the menu. its best done looking somewhere a beacon cant be placed because otherwise its easy to place the beacon and mess it up
since you need to sprint you have to be holding forward the whole time too

Poison can take an enemy's hp down to 1 but cant kill
As long as you make sure you dont have any allies that can deal damage and steal the kill its a fairly easy unlock

And it varies quite a bit depending on how specific things are technically programmed
due to frame-rounding jank some survivors will also get large "gaps" where stacking AS doesn't actually change anything, even if they haven't technically hit their cap yet

less item is def less powerful, idk if it compensates well for lower difficulty on the boss
i feel like rushing FS has seemed like a pretty rough idea, i havent had very consistent luck with it
idk if its just me or if its much worse in MP but yea
yeah, killing FS without looping is really luck dependent
i should probably stop doing this on monsoon (NOTTTT!!!)
the only run I've had where I easily killed him preloop was with Acrid, everyone else felt like a complete crap shoot and eventually I just caved and started looping lol
looping it is just annoying cuz it can be even more luck dependent to get the path
