Dual Power Saws, while kinda massively meme-ish, is actually really fucking strong once you learn how to play around both the minimal attack range and low movement speed. Use the Sacrifice Tweaks mod which buffs the low end and caps the high end, and nerfs it when using Swarms

Plus you can change the values yourself in config
