The main problem is without energy I can't flash step to an enemy to regain energy
so what I have to do is stand next to a weaker enemy while using ranged special so that I can immediately hit the enemy with melee m1 for the starting energy I need to cast flash step
He's super mobile and it's a massive adjustment having to walk anywhere because your energy is out
so reddit says one of two conflicting ways to unlock him:
- Loop twice (first loop would unlock nemry, second loop would unlock nemmando) and then do void fields, or
- kill mithrix as enforcer on monsoon
Either of which should spawn nemforcer as a boss to be killed, after which point you have to escape or obliterate to actually unlock him
but that doesn't sound right
