There's 3 scenarios as to how that works out.

You either get caught in the mess of things and die instantly because you couldn't heal, and spoilers you probably wouldn't have survived with healing either
You either get sniped from a far and just kinda stop playing the game until it runs out
Or you have Trancendence and always stop playing the game for 9 seconds when it runs out
