Celestial portals show up at like the third stage of a loop past the first. They take you to the Obelisk to obliterate yourself.

Obliterating isn’t death it’s ascending to a new plain of existence. By dying. Dios best friend decided he ain’t care about this cus it’s pretty weird

it's not a chance it always spawns on rallypoint delta/scorched acres when you loop
