I think my personal favorite DLC is Specter of Torment, with plauge of shadows you could tell Yacht Club was very much testing the waters of campaign expansions, and then they just go all in with specter of torment, IMO Specter of Torment is how you do a good prequel story, it took a rather forgetable one-off boss and turned him into a memorable character who turned out to play a key role in the games story and we never knew it until then.

Slug is great early on but doesn't scale as well Medkit is always % hp and it's so fast and direct

Not that regen is bad there are always times where you're out of combat for like 20 seconds but Medkit helps you stay in the fight

Just wait for Wungus to get the best of both
