I had to die to end the game but I didn't get the end rewards

This happens even without any hacking levels applied. It also seems to kick you when a multiplayer match ends. Restarting the game fixed it, though

and do you remember if the boss was healing itself right when you killed it? if you have the complete video we'd be grateful to take a look
