To add more to this I can now invite strangers just fine, however she is unable to invite anyone, people can't send invites to her, and her chat also doesn't appear to work as she can't see anything from there.

hi! only to clear out some possibilities. Does your sister have her own copy of Temtem, or does she play by game-sharing with you?

Of course - we both have our own copies on Xbox.

good! does she have Temtem Plus active? Temtem Plus is an add-on that comes included with the purchase of the game.
Only game-sharing copies require the purchase of Temtem Plus, so if you've both got copies hers should've been included in the box if it's a physical edition, or automatically if it's a digital edition

So I'm just trying to check myself, however I can't see anywhere to look if I have temtem plus?

I can't find a setting, however apparently if you buy the game on Xbox you have it automatically anyway, and we both did this so my assumption is yes

Sorry, I have just worked out from mine if I look at the temdeck slots in key items it says I have 210 as per your basic endowment and 240 extra slots from TemTem plus, just getting my sister to check shortly

Okay, apparently she doesn't have it

This is a comparison - mine says I have temtem plus storage, hers doesn't somehow (yet we've been playing online together all this time just fine, super strange!)

now, I'm not an Xbox expert as I've never owned one in my life, but since yours was a digital purchase could it be that the Temtem+ add-on did get unloaded/cleaned out of her Xbox space?
Not sure if I'm making any sense hehe but could you check in the console internal memory to see if it's there and can be redownloaded?

There is no message, she just cannot access the chats at all - nothing happens when she clicks the button

Hi! Sorry, we’ve had our hands full with Swarm 1.0 and the new announcement.
Beyond the file size, could you please see if there is a Temtem plus add on on your console and hers?

there also the chance that this is related to her settings on the Xbox and its online services. Does she have multiplayer access on her console? I think it requires some degree of gamepass.
Since temtem is not a free to play game consoles require an online membership to play it (this is outside of our control).

Xbox account has some account security settings that may limit your access to online multiplayer games, could she check those out?

And I think it’d also be worth it getting in touch with Xbox support, as they might be able to identify if the issue lies around that faster than we are

We did, she doesn't seem to have TemTem plus

She has access to multiplayer yes, we both have gamepass. We bought the same version of the game but for some odd reason mine has TemTem plus and hers doesn't, but we don't know if she had it before and lost it or not

Just thought I'd add we had a look in the Xbox store and there isn't even a way to purchase TemTem plus, it should be part of it automatically
