#Floor is Lava: Fixed Ball Speed

Early on the ball is quite slow. After ~15 minutes the ball goes quite fast. Enough so that slow Tems like Tortenite has to be practically perfect in making it to the first circle.

Speed changes are completely up to RNG and may never be offered in a standard 20 minute run. It's almost impossible to finish the event if it happens to go over an obstacle like a small gap or bench, as slower tems need to go in a straight line to make it in time. Dash helps a little, but is expensive and has to be unlocked on each Tem individually; dash distance changes can also make the dash effectively useless from over shooting.

The real threat for floor is lava is having to stand still to bounce the ball. The ball ramping up in speed only serves as punishment for playing a slow Tem, like Pigepic, Tortenite, or starting form runs.

So the suggestion: The ball is always a fixed speed. Something a little faster then round start, but not the crazy speed it hits late in a run that requires perfection.

The difficulty comes from being forced to stand still for extended periods of time and actually seeing where the ball is going on a busy screen. The timer could be increased even more as the run goes on to make up for the ball being slightly slower by the end.

Maybe something where the game looks at the current speed of the tem that activated it, and it travels slightly slower than that tem's speed. That way it will always feel like a challenge no matter what speed boosts (or reductions) you have.
I do like the idea of it instantly bouncing if you step on its' landing location. That might help with the "stand still" problem
And the game does have a visibility problem with a lot of the Spots, especially later in the match when Techniques are ramping up. But the visibility problem is unfortunately not an easy fix, and it might take them a while to come up with the best solution and implement it

To the visibility problem: I think it would help if the ball is a more distinct colour. Like bright red, orange or yellow. This would set it apart from all the techniques flying around

I've found that about half of the events have severe visibility issues. Some of it is from the objects lacking a glow around them or an indicator of where they are if off-screen, and "Gotta Go Fast" just suffers from them spacing so far apart that you can't tell where you need to go due to the closeness of the camera zoom, especially if there are map obstacles or terrain the requires you to go a certain direction.
