Bought Items/BattlePass Items etc. Gone

hey Team

I reinstalled temtem and connected my Ps5 with my Main Nintendo Switch Account

After starten the Game, I realized, that Most of my bought stuff including Battle pass Items are gone

I reinstalled the Game again and the issue was the Same

I also checked my vault, checked like Everything but cant find it

Dunno what to do

Missing is stuff like

-Battlepass Items
-Kickstarter title etc.
-bought mount
-bought Accessoire
