Was trying to start a new game and I create my character then when I'm finished it always gets stuck there for a few seconds before it gives me an error saying that I lost connection to the server and asks me to wait to reconnect. I wait, try again and it doesn't work. Tried multiple times, no success. There are no issues with my internet

my old player name was Daevid. I tried using a different one but didn't work. tried using the same one but also didn't work. How/where do I share those player logs?

We are going to investigate what could be the problem.
In the meantime, you can try to create the character from another network, or you can also try to use a vpn.
The rest of the game should work without problems
