Ok do the following, don't worries to much by doing something wrong or deleting the savegame, the progress is saved online on the server, in your local files only some small silly things are saved.

1 - Disable Steam cloud:
In Steam/Library
Right click on Temtem
Click on Properties
Disable the option named "Keep games saves in the Steam Cloud for Temtem"

2 - Deleting save files:
Copy this route and paste it on your file explorer
%userprofile%\AppData\LocalLow\Crema\Temtem

Select the savegame file stored in this folder and copy it to another folder for backup
Delete the original savegame file

3 - Run the game and claim the kudos
4 - Close the game
5 - Replace the new savegame file generated with the backup copy you have made
6 - You can also activate Steam Cloud again
