If at least one filter is selected (either on temtem tab or items), followed by changing the sort method, if you try to modify the filter method again, the UI will lock you from being able to see offers with bid options at all (the checkbox stays greyed out and checked only on buyout) until switching tabs or exiting entirely and reentering the terminal.

One thing that I noticed when recording is that, more precisely, the UI locks you into whichever was the respective sort method was chosen before filtering again
If you select "Time Left" sort method it returns to normal
