I made it to Nuru Lodge while playing and inside the Lounge area I noticed the outside borders looked kind of weird, so I asked if it was normal, it isn't apparently, it's pretty visual.
I've tried restarting the game, verifying the integrity of the files, and even after the server's maintenance it's still there.

To update, pink is still present on Nuru Lodge's Lounge, so maybe patch comes later

I took this now on my switch, but I've not seen anywhere else so far, like the others (like, I've only seen this when I enter my house, and no other buildings).
