Nuzlocke : Gardens of Aztlan encounter counter bug

Hi,
I was playing in Challenge mode (Nuzlocke) using the dupe close, as to get as much diversity in Tems as possible; So far, it worked great. That is until I reach Gardens of Aztlan.

I rushed to the water part to get a Droply (which would garantee certain temtem carpture later in Kisiwa) and... As I got into the water, I encounter a Platypet. No worry, i got one back in Deniz, it's well in my team as a majestous Platimous. I defeated it.

And then I noticed my catch counter dropped to one.

In this zone there is :

• Platypet : which I own (in my team)
• Koish : which I didn't owned but just capture (which made my catch counter drop to 0)
• Droply : Which I don't even have registered in my Tempedia as I have NEVER encounter it (see picture attached)
• Kalabyss : which i own in my Temdeck

Imagining I stepped on land, not paying attention : I also own a Bunbun and a Lapinite.

There was NO reason for my counter to drop to 1 and ... as I really like to plan in advance, I'm a little distressed right now (sorry)

Is there any way to fix that ?

Hi,

First of all, I know that with the new version release you must be very busy, but it has been a week and I just wanted to know if there was any update. I haven't launch the game since the bug (to not erase the log).

I also wanted to add : I don't care that much about getting the droply (it is a bit sad and I will have to play around it but not game threatening /o/)
My problem is more about having to worry about the bug happening again (i do not like playing with a sword of damocles above my head).

Hi, sorry for the lack of any reply. Have been difficult days, not only for the update release.
Unfortunately there is no way to give you back the lost encounter.

My problem is more about having to worry about the bug happening again (i do not like playing with a sword of damocles above my head).

There may be problems with some evolutions, we have received similar reports, the times we have tried this have been working fine, but the information in your report may be useful and open up new ideas to test.
