I had a parcel delivery quest (3 parcels, the first two went fine) and can not deliver to Ryan in the Lochburg Dojo.
I have tried:
- Restarting the game
- Transporting to Arbury
- Transporting straight to Lochburg
- Going back to the Post Office to see if the UI was just stuck (but they tell me I still have the Ryan package left to deliver)
I think this might be part of a bigger bug I didn't realize at the time:
During the initial playthrough, I lost to Evelyn on the "marathon" matches before being able to challenge Murdag, and when I went back to try again it just sped me through to a cut scene as if I had already beaten them all. Then I was able to challenge Murdag and just went through the rest of the game as normal, so I didn't think anything of it at the time. However, if I talk to any of the NPCs I was supposed to fight but didn't beat, including Evelyn, they get the "!" battle indicator but just give the standard post-match dialog. Including with Ryan, even though I have his parcel.
Unfortunately that was a while ago, so I don't have the log for when the dojo thing happened - just the log for when I currently talk to Ryan now.
