The bot is only available via Discord, however we do offer webhooks as well. There is a restful api behind that, but it’s not public yet. What are you trying to make?

i am trying to use it for my personal chatbot.

If it's intended only for you, then webhooks could work fine. If you want to make that chatbot public however, you'll get rate limited immediately, so we'd need to have a private arrangement for that
