layering issues with the poles at the bottom, the glow behind the sign, and the black glow at the top
the bricks at the top are incorrect, they should be uniform size
and the glow on the lights should be blending

Yeah, how do I know what to change it to if it's a picture?

you can see that the object in the particles is incorrect, so you should look in the textures tab to change that

The particles in the level also only go up to 1 third of the sign, but in the image it goes up all the way.
You'd need to change something to make the particles last longer so they have time to move all the way up to the top of the sign
