Main idea: a sky based level where the player travels through different stages of the sky
Secondary ideas: Based on the song the atmosphere changes accordingly (for example faster and louder parts have a thunderstorm)
Add effects such as fog, rain or clouds in some parts to add to the theme and effect the players visibility
Based on only the sky so no ground or anything like that, all the time in the sky with theme matching platforms and obstacles
Should have other clear visuals such as thunder in a thunderstorm, shooting stars, the sun in calmer parts and snow to enhance the main theme
Visual cues before the hard parts > the sky and clouds start to turn darker and the atmosphere gets creepier
There could be parts where there is visual indication of changing wind direction and wind speed that also affects the player’s speed
Fun ending could be a collision with an asteroid or with a star
In calmer parts i could a like a rainbow and sunlight rays peaking around clouds and such

I choose quality and optimization because it wouldn’t be a great fit for a sky based level that could have so much potential for amazing designs to be rushed with poor decoration giving the player a bad experience

you're describing polishing, not optimization. optimization is trying to keep the object count low to make the level less laggy
