Goals: i'm looking for another decorator, the decoration style should be similar to Solar Flare or just a nine circles style
Appeal: it's a short very fast-paced difficult level like Solar flare (but not as hard), blue themed

me, gp is done i just need to patch the secret ways

this is very much more difficult then normal nc effect tho if you can get 2 more decoraters it could be possible in a reasonable time

if you can do it in a way where it fits thats good but if not just place a bunch of saws on the ground
