Just a concept won’t win you a whole team. I think you should try and create a layout or a layout part for the level just to show what you have in mind for it.

I think before you start a collaboration find out what you’re good at in geometry dash (layouts, decoration, beating levels, etc.) and work on some solo projects. You’ll probably get some good inspiration from playing levels and then you can try to encapsulate your vision into a layout. Starting a collaboration isn’t an easy task so I suggest working on your creating skills before you start one. I’ve been playing the game for almost 10 years and I just recently started my own collab. Hope this helps. (Ps. Watching technicals 200 extreme demons ranked YouTube video might help you find a good song)
