Okay... The level definitely has a lot of room for improvement, as it feels too inconsistent.
Let's take it one step at a time...
Okay well, let's start: I found the UFO area very annoying, it has an absurd amount of Orbs (some of which are skippable) that makes this area particularly tedious.
It also has a very annoying transition that prevents you from seeing through the Blind Transition and with the little time it gives you, the UFO's entrance catches you by surprise.
The orb in this Gamemode is very hard to see, I really don't recommend you to put Orbs in Gamemode portals, it's a horrible idea, seriously.
This part is literally impossible, you need a millimetric timing to enter through the saws, I had to nerf it to continue because it was impossible to keep trying.
From this point on the level becomes very unbalanced and inconsistent.
I really advise you not to put too many unnecessary orbs to the gameplay and visually annoying effects like the shaders you put to the level, it makes it really VERY annoying and affects the gameplay.
The gameplay must have coherence and legibility to be readable! Don't put random things just to "Sync With The Song" Man.
The end of these Pads is very annoying as well, it features some spike jumps that really catch you by surprise.
In the mini Wave area you can literally pass through the structures with good timing as if nothing happened.
The little reaction time this area of the ball gives you is so little that you barely have time to react.
The Spider Orb in this area can be skipped completely.
And finally we have this final zone, too epileptic and with many unnecessary and very strong effects.
I really understand what you wanted to do: make everything go according to the song, but you neglected the gameplay and effects so much that they became really inconsistent making the level really confusing and unbalanced man.
I would really advise you to Read some Guides to learn a bit about Gameplay for your next projects, there is still a lot to improve in the future man!
You have potential, I know, you just need to ask for help more often, if possible use the #feedback #pro-feedback channel frequently to ask others for help on how you are doing on your Layouts so you can improve in the future.
I know you will be great with more effort man!

First, I changed some of the ufo gameplay to have less orbs, second, the transition i fixed a bit after i posted this, third, i swapped the orb with a portal, fourth, the impossible part I didn't test that much so that may be why the timing is impossible so i fixed that, fifth I lowered the intensity of some of the effects, sixth, I made the first jump after the pads auto, seventh (gosh this is long), I fixed the skips and added the zoom before the ball so you can see, lastly, I reduced the pulse frequency at the last part, at the beginning there was a trigger that allowed you to remove all of the epileptic things in the level
You could move the block below (2nd image) a little further to the right since there is no indication that it moves and it looks like there is no way to reach it
In the first image, the blue orb timings are really tight. I suggest you move it to the left to make it less annoying.
Also, what difficulty are you aiming for? The UFO section is extremely tight (although that may just be a skill issue for me)
The transition from the dash orb to UFO seems really awkward and also a little like a blind transition
There are also way too many orbs in the UFO section
The effects in the later section of the UFO might be a little too much
Maybe reduce the effect intensity or something?

also, there is a trigger at the beginning that kinda justs makes it go black so that the effects don't appear, idk how you miss that (not to sound rude)
