All group IDs required for trigger activation?

Sorry if that was worded strangely. Here's what I need help with.

In the picture, I have a move trigger with groups 6, 15, and 33. I want the move trigger only to activate if the groups are all active, but the problem is that the move trigger activates as soon as any of the groups are active. If this question is weird you can ask for any more details. Thanks in advance.

ok, so here's the first instant count trigger in my AND gate. I want group 3 to activate when a trigger with group 6 is active. What am I supposed to set target count to?
