Is it rate worthy, if not what to change to make it worthy.

I've been working on this level for quite some time, since 2019, then I stopped playing, when I came back to the game I decided to finish it in the same style so it looks like an early 2.1 level. I recently updated it to fit the feedback I got. The ID is 94355953. One mod saw it and he personaly didn't like it tho, but a lot of people said to he it deserves at least a star rate. What do you think?
