MIZUKI HOTARU

Quirk: CHINESE DRAGON. Kind of works like tokoyami's dark shadow. She can summon a chinese dragon and it wraps around her, so also something like Razor from Genshin Impact. The chinese dragon is made of fire and it could change temperature but that has concequences like burning etcetera. The dragon makes her stronger and being able to fly, it increases her speed too!

Background: She is best friends with Mina and Kirishima cuz she went to school with them! Her love interest is Sero. She's 168cm tall and she really likes to dance, mostly because of her quirk, training, and mexican food. She really dislikes borendom, she always wants to do things.

Backstory:
She grew up with villains and knew toga since pretty young, they used to be friends. Her family kicked her out when she was pretty young, she mentioned she was a fan of Edge Shot and All Might, so they didn't like that. She landed on the streets for a while until endeavor found her under a bridge. He discovered her quirk and was very interested and knew she would be some power he was searching for. She ended up living with the todoroki's and trained there, where she heard about toya's incident too. She always kept contact with Toga even though she turned into a villain. Toga did not know that Mizuki is in the hero course until the sports festival.
