His quirk is called energization.

Basically, he can eat, and then near instantly digest the food, turning it into energy. It will then get amplified. He can use it to either super charge his own body (more speed, more strength, faster healing) or he can release it from his body through pores, and control it externally. But it requires a lot of experience and knowledge about physics to use externally
