Energy manipulation, she use her own stamina or other people to create either temporary platforms, heal wounds (although she needs to focus a lot on it and uses up a lot of energy) and power up herself or others, like giving herself a higher jump than usual that goes away later.

The downside is that it makes her really sleepy, the more energy she uses she might even pass out later when she's finally done with hero work

Her energy looks like little white stars so that's where the name comes from
