alr its a long one so basically he can control and force the direction and speed of energy transfers within his body, the air around him, or anything he touches, so he could dissipate his kinetic energy into the floor to dampen landings, he could make himself faster by transferring the chemical energy in his muscles into kinetic energy, and he could make something he throws go faster by forcing the chemical and thermal energy in his body into kinetic energy into whatever he throws, and when his quirk is active there would be wispy white and light blue aurora-looking trails tracing his movements, doesnt do anything just looks cool ;P its not crazy flashy but its overpowered if ur creative, but it gets even more op after his quirk awakening, bc in my story for him, during the vigilante arc, he gets kidnapped by all for one (kind of like how Bakugo got captured in the training camp arc) and was forcibly placed inside a Nomu to become a generator for the rest of the nomu, sort of like a heart (imagine it like eren being in the nape of the attack titan except yuki cant control anything, hes just out cold) and then 1-A fights him in a crazy battle with some talk no jutsu shonen shi yada yada and then once he gets saved and ripped out of the Nomu body, all of the experiments done to him and the quirks forced into him had resulted in unlocking the limits of his quirk, and long story shot its like Shigaraki's awwakening like whatever is touching what he touches can also be affected by his energy transfers, and then his secondary ability from the Nomu is being able to mass produce bioelectricity, not like the arcs of plasma that Kaminari makes but more like the stuff electric eels produce, but on a huuuuge scale, so the applications of his quirk are insaneeee

TL;DR he can control energy transfers and after awakening he can control electromagnetic fields

so he could accelerate particles like a rail gun using magnetism

he could shape and fire ionized air as plasma through his magnetism

and he could even recreate gojos infitiy by forcing an attacks energy to dissipate as it gets closer to him but im writing him so that he goes out in a crazy blaze of glory with a little sprinkle of that indomitable human spirit trope lamo kind of like mumen rider when he fought sea king or Kamina in gurren lagann
