It's a little complex but there are some reasons why. She started put as a sweet and very cheerful person. Even though she's always been naive but in Season 2, she completely let her pride get in the way (since she is the daughter of Luicfer who is the Sin of Pride) and basically blamed her dad for everything especially since she didn't check up on him when he fell to the floor. She was more interested in Emily before it shifted to sir Pentious (in Heaven) focusing on how her plan worked and not the people who almost died for her and the plans. Especially knowing Vox and the Vees are very bad people, let Vox in the hotel and he wasn't there for good tensions but just to mess her message up and turn it around for himself. Lastly, she cares more about her dreams than the people who are working for her. She even blames them and not The Vees for everything that they been doing to her and her dream.
