I have quite a few. Hiyoko Saionji from Danganronpa. I’m not gonna spoil this one so iykyk. Dead Master from Black Rock Shooter. She was absolutely peak in the first few works of Black Rock Shooter. They did her absolutely dirty in Black Rock Shooter Dawn Fall. She became this watered down yandere trope who is also obsessed with Empress (the mc) and goes as far as to wanting to do unspeakable things to her, which went against everything the original Dead Master stood for. Hestia from Danmachi. Okay, I loved her design as a kid. I thought she was great. But when I took a sneak peek into Danmachi, I lost all hope for her. She became this childish woman obsessed with the main character and seems very watered down. Even being seen as a mother figure yet still seems to have an obsession with the main character. You constantly see her competing without other female characters for him. So yeah these are my known characters with absolutely wasted potential.
